Happy September to you all!

Our neighbors already put up their Halloween decorations and we are not far behind. 💛 I love the time of year when the seasons change - especially the shift to fall. I’m looking forward to the cooler temps, pumpkin carving, and all things spooky! 👻 Here are some reminders as we enter Autumn.
Good Things Are Around The Corner
Sometimes that little piece of hope that lives inside you is all you need to make it through a hard time. It's what carries me through difficult seasons, which I have been in lately. If it feels right to acknowledge that there are good things around the corner, this might be a helpful mantra to carry with you.

Change Can Be Good
The shift into autumn reminds me that all things change and grow and die and are reborn. The falling leaves make more room for the sun; the cloudy skies come in to cool off our plants and trees. Recognizing these changes helps me appreciate Mother Earth and feel connected to something greater. It also helps me accept changes and shifts within my own life.
It's Okay to Treat Yourself
Pumpkin spice season is upon us, which means our local coffee shops will be shifting to their fall menus, filled with pumpkin, cinnamon, and nutmeg. It's a good reminder that we are allowed to treat ourselves and enjoy the sweetness of life! What's your fav fall treat?
A New Season Means A Fresh Start
If you're looking for a reason to take on a new project or finally dive into one you've been putting off, now is a great time to try. The changing weather can help energize your to-do list or vision board.

It's Okay to Get Out of Your Comfort Zone
This is a good reminder if you're feeling stuck. Trying a new thing or learning a new skill can be a great way to change your environment and your mindset! I recently took an improv class and had so much fun getting to know a group of strangers and pushing myself to do something that felt vulnerable.
Hope you enjoyed this list of self-care reminders as we enter Fall! Which one resonates with you most?
