Refund policy
If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, please refer to our customer service page to get in touch with us. We are happy to work with you. Requests for refunds must be made within 14 days of delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
We accept returns on Prints, pennants, pins, and tote bags.
We do not accept returns on greeting cards.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@aviatepress.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
We do not offer exchanges at this time.
