I made this zine late one night after feeling hopeless about the stress and anxiety I was experiencing. I felt like it was getting the best of me and I didn't know how to deal with it. If you feel this way too, I hope this zine can offer you some peace of mind. I am by no means a professional in the field of psychology, but I'm just a regular human who has feelings and problems, just like we all do.
